Well , I think it's you , you gotta plan , you gotta be proactive , you gotta educate yourself on what this looks like , you know . So how can you as an athletic director to find those resources available for you to learn about this and then provide those resources to your student athletes and parents to make sure that they're making good decisions . And how can you educate your student athletes and your parents on how to make those good decisions ?

Well , it's right in line with what my company , the players nil does and , and we , you know , we're focused on a broad based educational platform for student athletes , their families and coaches around name image and likeness . Being athletic director is very complicated today . You have , you know , I , I can't imagine the pressures that they're under from parents , administrators , community members .

I agree . And I think that the ability for the leader of the athletic department , the athletic director , him or herself as well as his or her coaches to understand how to communicate to the supporters of the university , whether they're national brands , local brands are collective on what it's going to take to work with their student athletes and then have the support structure set up for their student athletes to build their brands and grow their value , right , both on the field with their performance and off the field with their influence . To then as they have a deal come to their way , come their way , help them with deal making , what contract they sign , what the terms are , what the value is in regard to the contract they're signing to help the student athlete fulfill whatever they've signed , showing up making an appearance , taking a picture , writing a certain caption in a post , signing autographs , whatever .
